Private or Group Yoga & Mindfulness Session
90 minute single Individualized guided yoga/mindfulness session. Note: New clients will have a short consult prior to their initial session.
Sessions usually include guided techniques for centering, tuning into our inner wisdom/guidance, warm-ups tailored to your most current needs, breath exercises to manage symptoms of anxiety or stress, and then Kundalini yoga sets and meditations that will provide opportunities for you to develop insight and awareness. All session also conclude with an intimate Native American flute concert as a feature of final relaxation to help the body integrate, the mind rest, and the spirit soar.
